In betting, the first half of a baseball game sets from the start of the game until the end of the 5th inning. The second half is counted from the top of the 6th inning until the last pitch is thrown. If a game goes into extra innings, all runs scored after the 9th inning will count towards the second half bets.
1.5 runs are added to the underdogs score or subtracted from the favorites score when determining the results of the game. A favorite must win by 2 runs or more to win the wager. An underdog can win or lose by a single run for the wager to be a winner. Extra innings count towards wager.
